Shipping Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account.

Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped, these events may occur. Please get in touch with us in the event our carrier is delayed, and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you. Please also keep in mind that some orders may be sent in multiple shipments; you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails if your order has been split-shipped.

All orders are shipped using various reputable local and international carriers, and the order delivery timeframe is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (doesn't include weekends or holidays).
  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. After processing, local delivery (within the USA) usually takes 7-14 business days, while international delivery (when applicable) usually takes about 15-21 business days to arrive at the destination.  

    Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit or refund issued.
